UNH May Call Spread Buy

The market does not seem to do well now. It is risky for me to dive into the market. I decided to just buy one spread call of UNH of $85 and $90 for $3.60. The return is 39% (1.4/3.6). Breakeven point is $88.60. Falling below that is an indication to sell.
